Establishing a visual voice and cohesive brand identity. Building and managing all social media channels for the publication. Collaborate with Senior editors on art selection and visual storytelling for all pieces. Includes both creation of original artwork as well as pulling imagery from providers like GettyImages and ShutterStock.

Created and executed strategies for Facebook that increased organic referral traffic by 49% in six (6) months. Interaction rate and engagement went up 67% in the same time frame by implementing Instant Articles, increased sharing to groups, and a fact-checking partnership. Helped establish and manage partnerships with Twitter, Flipboard, Reddit, SmartNews, Crowdtangle, and Apple News. Launched and managed the official Instagram account for the magazine. Designed the Author Alerts email newsletter campaign. Contributed original photography and graphic design for both the magazine and web, including art for four (4) magazine cover stories.
